Greetings Dear Friends
Happy Halloween. We're heading into possibly the gloomiest month of the year. Yet even in the gloom there is a stark beauty that i can appreciate (sort of).
This month's article continues along the lines of how the world's religions have distorted things to suit their agenda, which has often resulted in the subordination and disempowerment of women. Actually, that is putting it mildly. In the modern age women suffer horrific abuse daily as a direct result of religious doctrine. This month i recommend a short video that moved me to tears - a talk given by former president, Jimmy Carter. See below.
